We enable users to connect enterprise knowledge, enrich AI with domain context, and activate purpose-built agents to drive business outcomes.
Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must verify that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Our IP: Tiramai AI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including our pre-trained models, knowledge graphs, ontologies, source code, and “Responsible AI” governance frameworks.
4.2. Customer Data: You retain all rights to the data, files, and information you upload to the Platform (“Customer Data”). You grant Tiramai AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, and process your Customer Data strictly for the purpose of providing and improving the Services for you.
4.3. AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the specific outputs generated by the Platform from your Customer Data (“Output”).
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Platform.
- Train other AI models using data or insights derived from Tiramai AI.
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Interfere with the platform’s reliability or security features.
AI Disclaimer and Reliability
While Tiramai AI strives for 99% platform reliability and utilizes domain-tuned intelligence to reduce hallucinations, you acknowledge that Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies are probabilistic. Tiramai AI does not guarantee that the Output will be completely error-free. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of the Output for your specific use case, especially in mission-critical industries.
Fees and Payment
Access to the Platform is subject to the pricing plans detailed on our website or in your specific enterprise agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the confidentiality of non-public information exchanged during the use of the Service. Tiramai AI protects your data using industry-standard encryption and compliance frameworks.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiramai AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tiramai AI is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
