Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. This website has no account system and does not require you to sign in.

• Contact details you submit through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company, company size, industry and country, together with the message you write.
• Details you provide when booking a meeting with us through our scheduling tool.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser user-agent, which are generated automatically when any website is served.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and conduct meetings you request, and to provide the information or services you have asked about.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-party services

This website relies on a small number of third parties, each of which processes data on our behalf when you use the relevant feature:

• Web3Forms: delivers contact-form submissions to us by email. Your form contents pass through their service.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: protects the contact form from automated abuse. It runs a bot check in your browser.
• Calendly: powers the meeting scheduling popup. If you book a meeting, the details you enter are held by Calendly.

Each of these providers publishes its own privacy policy, which governs how it handles data it processes.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site. The third-party services above may set cookies or similar storage that are strictly necessary for their own functionality, such as the Turnstile bot check and the Calendly scheduling popup.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of our business relationship, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
